The 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday, September 24 from 9am to 12pm. This registration is for the ONLINE AGM  through the Zoom platform. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED FOR THE IN-PERSON AGM AT THE TIME OF YOUR PYP REGISTRATION, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN.

Registrants will be sent a Zoom meeting link on Tuesday, September 21st AND AGAIN on Thursday, September 23rd (to make sure you have it handy!) TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH WAS USED FOR THIS REGISTRATION.

1) Once you access the Zoom meeting room, please leave the default settings turned on.
2) Please DO NOT TURN ON YOUR AUDIO unless you have a question or comment, and until it is your turn to speak.
3) Please raise your hand (accessed by clicking the happy face emoji at bottom in the Zoom room) to be put in a queue to ask your question.
4) Do not forward the Zoom meeting link to anyone. In order for members to receive proper CPD credits they must register themselves through this event link.

The AGM will begin at 9:00am, but the Zoom room will open at 8:00am to ensure you are able to access it. Tech support will be available from 8:00am to 8:45am. Once the live AGM starts we will no longer be able to assist with technical difficulties. Email if you have Zoom related questions.
