For over 50 years, the Denturist Association of Ontario has worked closely with Denturists to provide outstanding denture care services for patients.
What is the DAO?
The Denturist Association of Ontario is a group of over 600 caring professionals who have come together to promote and advance denturism through public education and member training.
We provide tools to assist Denturists in their practices, as well as provide a unified voice to dental insurance companies and government. For over thirty years, through the efforts of its members, the DAO has expanded its scope of practice to provide the public with a greater selection of denture service providers. The DAO encourages its members to connect and foster community, facilitating an accessibility of knowledge for the public to choose their high-quality denture care.

Our mission is to propel the profession of denturism forward through industry leading education, community structured member support, and promoting the profession to the public.
Our Vision
Our vision is for Denturists to be recognized as the primary providers of removable dental prosthesis to both the public and the health/dental care profession.
President’s Message
The Denturist Association of Ontario is grateful for the support and trust bestowed upon our profession by the public. Denturists have been licensed and serving the public with dedication and distinction since 1974. Over the years, we have worked diligently to provide ethical, quality care and to elevate our professional standards.
The expertise of Denturists has grown and evolved with advances in technology, dental materials and new forms of treatment, such as dentures secured by dental implants. Denturism offers a wide variety of treatment options to satisfy the needs of the public.
